Smart Typologies + Smart Technologies + Smart Materials

Smart Buildings sind nicht traditionelle Gebaeudetypologien, mit eingestreuten 'Smart Materials', wo insbesondere selbst regulierende Systeme fuer Sicherheit, Klima und Haushalt sorgen.
Smart Buildings beweisen ihre Qualitäten in der Prozesstauglichkeit und Adaptierfaehigkeit. Sie erweitern auch durch ihre vielfaeltigen Nutzungsoptionen in unterschiedlichen Raumklimata und durch ihre Schaltbarkeit der Raeume zueinander den Handlungspielraum im und die Lebensdauer des Objektes.

Smart Buildings are not traditional building typologies with interspersed “smart materials” (e.g. self controlled systems for security, temperature and household features).
Smart Buildings demonstrate their quality in their process suitability and adaptability. With their diverse options of use in various indoor climates and their capacity to switch room usage, they broaden the scope and life of the building.
